What is your shipping policy?
Domestic: T-Shirts ship for FREE, and sweatshirts ship for a flat rate of $7.50. Everything else ships for FREE! International shipments vary based on location. Find more details about our shipping prices here!
What size should I order?
We know that when ordering clothing online, it can be a difficult to know your size, especially if buying a gift. On each product page, you will find a size chart with measurements. If you're unsure on your size, we recommend measuring a similar item that you own which fits you well, and comparing those measurements with the size chart on the listing. Size up if your measurements are between sizes. If you need extra help, please e-mail us and we will be more than happy to help you!
NOTE: Due to being such a small business, we are currently unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to choosing the wrong size. If you are wanting to order a gift and are really unsure of the size, a gift card would be a great idea instead! You can order gift cards here.
Do you offer custom orders?
YES! Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any custom order inquiries. We are happy to work with any request to make sure that you can find an item that matches your needs and desires! Whether you'd like an existing design altered, or a new design created, we are here to help!
Do you offer children's sizes?
Yes! We have the ability to offer infant, toddler, and youth sizes. If you do not see a listing for a specific item in the size you're looking for, please send us an e-mail!
What are the recommended washing instructions for apparel?
We recommend machine wash your apparel items inside out in cold water, and hang your items to dry. To best preserve the fit and print, we don't recommend putting items in the dryer. If you must, low heat is recommended!
When will my order ship?
Stickers and decals ship within 3-5 days. Our apparel, mugs, and tote bags are professionally printed shipped from an outside supplier. These are generally shipped within 5-7 business days. Note: It may take a little longer during busier seasons such as the holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world :)
The item that I wanted is out of stock. Will it be coming back?
Occasionally certain sizes and colors of apparel go out of stock. Those will likely be restocked shortly! If there is a decal or sticker that you'd like and don't see it in stock, please reach out to us at email@example.com. It's helpful to know which items are in demand so that we can ensure to have those in stock! If any items are limited edition or only available for a limited time, there will be a note in the listing description.
Why are my items arriving in separate packages?
Many of our items ship from a separate supplier. All other items such as stickers and decals are shipped from my home. So if you order different types of items, that is why they are shipped separately!
My order arrived damaged...what should I do?
Oh no! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will take care of replacing your damaged item right away!
My order seems to be lost in transit...what should I do?
Oh dear, I'm sorry about that! We first recommend reaching out to USPS with your tracking number and seeing if they can help locate the package for you. They're often very helpful with this! If they are unable to locate the package, or if you do not have a tracking number, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will help you out!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to being such a small business, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any apparel items unless the item arrived damaged. However, all accessories may be returned in new and unused condition!
